Your health and the health of all of our clients matters to us. Since an appointment is a reservation of our time, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations done with less than 24 hours will be billed at the discretion of the practitioner.

To change or cancel an existing appointment, please contact the practitioner you are scheduled with or reschedule your appointment online. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. 

Misconduct Policy

Sage Collective Therapeutic Massage & Wellness has a zero tolerance policy regarding sexual misconduct of any kind. The client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances, gestures, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be charged for the full cost of the scheduled appointment. Clients will also be flagged in our system and asked not to return.
