I am very pleased to be joining Maureen in providing customized massage sessions that address pain reduction, increased awareness and mobility, as well as relaxation and mindful stress reduction. My path as a massage therapist began over 10 years ago when I attended the Muscular Therapy Institute, in Watertown, MA. Muscular Therapy incorporates Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, so it is both relaxing and therapeutically effective. I have since furthered my studies through continuing education classes on the following modalities: CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, Maternity Massage, Shiatsu, and Fascial Rebalancing. I've been living in the Stowe area, and working as a full time massage therapist at Topnotch Resort, for about 9 years. I draw inspiration from meditation, traveling and spending time in nature. I look forward to working with you.

I wouldn't be surprised if I've experienced 50+ massage therapists over my lifetime, a few really excellent, but I would have to say that Chris is the best of all. I do not make that statement lightly. Her pressure is perfect, touch is beautiful, she has a tremendous understanding of the muscles and intuitively knows exactly where to concentrate, she's a really nice person; I just can't say enough about her. I would give her my highest recommendation.

Best massage I ever had!!!

I have had several massages by Chris over the last couple years and consistently, she has provided outstanding service!! Her massages are always "spot on", or in other words, tailored to MY needs with just the right amount of pressure, time spent on the right areas, and with sincere desire and commitment to provide healing and/or relaxation as called for. She is also extremely professional, attentive to detail, flexible, has a very strong work ethic, and after many years in her profession, is consummately skilled--and gifted--in multiple massage/relaxation techniques! As compared to other massages I have received, there really is no comparison, and I truly cannot say enough good things about all my experiences with her--thank you Chris for all you have done for me!!!
